Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every Myver piece. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, here's how we can help.

Our Promise to You

At MyVer, every piece of silver jewellery is handcrafted with intention — made carefully, packed with love, and sent to you as a reflection of our craft. Because each piece is made-to-order and handled with the highest care before dispatch, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

However, we fully stand behind the quality of every MyVer piece and are happy to offer a replacement if something goes wrong on our end.


What We Offer — Replacement Only

We offer a 5-day replacement policy from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

✦ The item received is broken or damaged

 ✦ The item received is defective in craftsmanship (e.g. broken clasp, bent structure, missing stone)

✦ You received the wrong item from what you ordered

We do not offer replacements or refunds for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Tarnishing due to improper care (silver naturally tarnishes — please follow care instructions)
  • Sizing issues for rings (please refer to our size guide before ordering)
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items without unboxing video proof (see below)

📹 Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To protect both you and MyVer, an unboxing video is mandatory for all replacement requests.

Please follow these steps at the time of delivery:

  1. Record a clear, uncut video before and while opening the package
  2. The video must show the sealed package, the opening process, and the item inside
  3. The video must be recorded in good lighting so the item is clearly visible
  4. Do not stop or pause the video at any point during unboxing

⚠️ Replacement requests submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances. This policy exists to ensure a fair and transparent process for every customer.


How to Request a Replacement

If your item qualifies for a replacement, here's what to do:

  1. Mail us within 5 days of delivery.
  2. Send your order number and unboxing video
  3. Share clear photos of the damaged or defective item
  4. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
  5. Once approved, we will dispatch your replacement piece within 3–5 business days

Refunds

We do not offer monetary refunds. All approved claims will be resolved through product replacement only.

In rare cases where the exact same product is unavailable, we will offer a store credit of equal value valid to your account.


COD & Prepaid Orders

This replacement policy applies equally to both COD and prepaid orders. Please note that COD orders are also subject to the unboxing video requirement.
